Menopause Sprint

10-session intensive coaching program

The Menopause Sprint is a transformative 10-session intensive coaching experience designed to help you embrace and navigate this pivotal life stage with confidence. This program is your gateway to understanding and mastering the physical and emotional shifts of menopause, turning challenges into opportunities for growth.

 

But what if you’re not the “sprinter type”? If you feel like certain topics require more time and attention, that’s perfectly fine. The Sprint is not a competition, but part of your personal development journey.

Everyone's journey is unique - that's why I've crafted this program to be flexible and adaptable. Whether you're a quick implementer or prefer a gentler pace, the Sprint accommodates your personal rhythm. Some clients experience breakthrough changes in just a few sessions, while others appreciate more time to integrate new practices into their daily lives. There's no one-size-fits-all approach here - it's all about what works for you.

 

If by the end of the Sprint you feel like you want to dig deeper into certain topics, ask for additional support, or set a new goal, you have the option to expand and continue the program.

If you've already completed the Sprint or simply want longer-term, sustainable support, I've created the Menopause Mentor Accountability Body program for you. It's a flexible plan that will help you stay motivated and achieve your goals - all with personalised support.

What awaits you in the Menopause Mentor program?
1. Weekly Check-In:

We meet online at the beginning of every week to:

  • Go over the previous week's results and see how you're doing.

  • Set current weekly goals.

  • Get motivational tips and strategies to help you stay focused.

2. Regular feedback and follow-up:

We hold a more in-depth consultation every two weeks, where:

  • We will discuss the process and, if necessary, modify the plan.

  • We set new goals or fine-tune existing ones.

  • We celebrate your successes because it's also important to see where you started and where you're going!

3. Motivational messages and reminders:

You will receive weekly motivational messages and useful tips that:

  • Support maintaining your enthusiasm.

  • Remind you of your set habits (such as eating, exercising, or resting).

  • Inspire you when you need it.

4. Weekly challenges and rewards:

I encourage you with small challenges every week, such as:

  • Trying new, healthy foods.

  • Incorporating a short, stress-relieving exercise into your day.

After completing the challenges, small rewards await you to make you feel that every step you take counts.

For most of my clients, the Menopause Sprint is the first step. During the intensive ten sessions, we will learn the basics and start the change.

After the Sprint, many clients choose to continue their journey with my Accountability Body program, ensuring their positive momentum continues and their long-term goals become reality.
