Hi there!

My journey into psychology began through my personal experience with therapy. This path led me to the University of London, one of Europe's most prestigious institutions, where I could pursue my love for England while receiving an exceptional modern education.

This marks my second career chapter, one that I'm building with complete dedication and enthusiasm. My professional background includes a decade at multinational corporations, including Mastercard, where I held various positions that enriched my understanding of problem-solving, teamwork, and perseverance. Yet, something was calling me toward a more meaningful, personally impactful path.

While I'm 42, my experience with premenopausal changes came earlier than expected. I navigate daily challenges including anxiety, insulin resistance, hair loss, adrenal fatigue due to elevated cortisol levels, and ADHD. These personal experiences aren't just challenges - they're gifts that allow me to truly understand and empathize with what you might be going through. It's this firsthand understanding that drives my passion to support others on their journey, combining personal experience with professional expertise to offer genuine, effective guidance.

My story

From my high school years to the present

My high school years were filled with self-deprecation and a struggle with my body. I was constantly dieting, trying to lose weight, and believing that I would only be lovable if I "fit into the right size." My self-image was based on other people's opinions and the scale, not how I actually felt. This self-deprecation lasted for years, and later I tried to compensate for this inner lack with extreme amounts of exercise and marathons.

The real turning point came when I realised that the problem wasn't with my body – it was with my attitude towards myself. Self-acceptance and self-love have been a fundamental part of my life and coaching methods ever since.

Expat life, biodanza, menopause

We spent two years in Santiago de Chile for my husband's work, and now I live in Barcelona. The difficulties of being an expat and the stress of adjustment made my premenopausal symptoms worse. It was in Chile that I first encountered biodanza, which had a healing effect not only on the body but also on the soul. I also use this method to support my clients, as it helps us reconnect with our bodies and emotions. As an amateur triathlete, I have experienced how much sport can help us maintain fitness and self-confidence, and I want to pass this perspective on to you.

Female psyche and menopause

In recent years, I have become increasingly convinced that the female psyche works quite differently than the male one. This is not only due to hormonal changes, but also due to a complex interplay of biological, social, and emotional layers.
When I learned in college that most research subjects were male because women's hormonal cycles made the data "too complicated," I was both shocked and motivated by this realisation. In fact, this "complexity" is what makes us women so incredibly unique and rich.

As a menopause coach, I want to help women understand themselves during this period - so that physical and mental changes do not represent an obstacle, but an opportunity to start over, strengthen self-awareness, and find harmony.

I want to support you.

Menopause is not a time of fear or uncertainty, but rather one of opportunity and renewal. My goal is for you to not only embrace but also celebrate this stage of your life – rediscovering your inner resources and the potential that lies within you.

Accountability Body

Many people know that lifestyle changes during menopause can help them feel better and live a healthier life in the long run. However, just because we know something doesn’t mean we can consistently implement it in our daily lives. For example, do you know the feeling when you just “look” in the fridge, even though you know exactly what you should and shouldn’t eat?

This is where the accountability body comes in. As a kind of personal "coach", I help you not feel alone in the small and big decisions of everyday life, and I support you in actually implementing the changes you want.

Sports analogy

Even Olympic athletes need a coach, not because they don't know how to run, swim, or lift properly. They have a coach because the real challenge isn't technique, it's consistency. The coach is there to support them in their daily hard work, to motivate them when their enthusiasm wanes, and to help them stay on track.

I offer the same support to you: I will be a companion on your journey who helps you stay focused, gives you motivation, and reminds you why what you do is important.

My Masters

Throughout my journey, I have learned from many exceptional teachers who have had a profound impact on my perspective, my methods, and the support I offer.

Lily Perez – Biodanza Master
I was introduced to the art of Biodanza, the dance of life, through Lily Perez. Biodanza is more than just movement; it is a holistic system that supports joy in life, self-expression, and deepening human relationships. Under Lily’s masterful guidance, I learned how to help others better connect with themselves and others – through movement, music, and emotional intelligence.

Humberto Maturana – The Philosophy of Autopoiesis
Maturana's work, especially his theory of autopoiesis, which examines the nature of self-organizing systems, has fundamentally shaped my thinking. This approach has helped me to understand more deeply how we build and maintain ourselves on a biological and emotional level, and how we can become active, conscious creators of our true lives.

Péter Generál

Peter showed me the importance of Self-Love and started me on the path to myself. A role model, mentor, supervisor. I can only think of him with gratitude.

Dr. Paula Alves
During my university years, I was able to gain a deeper understanding of the science of behavior modification under the guidance of Dr. Paula Alves. She taught me how understanding behavior and targeted intervention can bring about rapid and tangible changes in people's lives. Her perspective strengthened my commitment to therapeutic work and my belief that practical, goal-oriented approaches can bring about real and lasting improvement.

Technicalities

I currently live in Barcelona, so most of our sessions are online, but I would love to meet in person once a month to work even deeper on your goals.
